1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the iRateMovies application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement"). The App is owned and operated by OJ Solutions, hereafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our". If you do not agree to this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the App.

2. License Grant

iRateMovies grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use iRateMovies solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

3. Restrictions

• You may not modify, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App.
• You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or overburden it.

4. Content Ownership

• All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OJ Solutions or its content providers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. User-Generated Content

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload or submit to the App.
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute said content.
• However, You understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and you agree to comply.
Prohibited Content:
1. Hate speech: Any content that promotes or incites violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
2. Harassment and bullying: Targeting other users with harmful or offensive language, threats, or intimidation.
3. Defamation and libel: Making false or damaging statements about other users or entities.
4. Obscenity and pornography: Explicitly sexual content or content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
5. Copyright and trademark infringement: Sharing content that belongs to someone else without their permission.
6. Illegal activity: Promoting or encouraging illegal activities.
7. Spam and misinformation: Posting irrelevant or false information, or intentionally misleading other users.
Abusive User Behavior:
1. Personal attacks and insults: Targeting other users with malicious or offensive language.
2. Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting yourself.
3. Sockpuppetry: Creating multiple accounts to manipulate discussions or votes.
4. Trolling and baiting: Intentionally posting inflammatory or provocative content to evoke negative reactions.
5. Doxing and personal threats: Sharing another user's private information or issuing physical threats.
6. Spamming and flooding: Posting the same content repeatedly or flooding threads with irrelevant messages.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including for breach of this Agreement, objectionable content, verbal abuse or cyber bullying in all it's forms.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, OJ Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.

9. Indemnification

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OJ Solutions and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the App or any violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

11. Changes to this Agreement

• We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
• Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
